Opti-Coat prep help

Hey all. I am looking to opti-coat my car. I have a clear bra on 1/2 the hood and fenders from the factory. I plan on doing the clear bra on the bumper as well when I get the chance. I know you want your paint to be perfect before applying the opti-coat... Can someone give me a breakdown of the products and process necessary to get it ready. Also, should I opti-coat my bumper if I plan to clear bra it later?

this is the general order:

wash the wheels
wash car
clay the entire car
polish the car*
wash off polishing oil with IPA
apply your opticoat

*this step will usually take the longest time depending on how 'perfect' you want the paint to be.

for products, i use:

optimum no rinse for car wash
mothers clay bar
porter cable 7424xp dual action polisher
optimum cutting and polishing pads
optimum hyper and hyper polish
tons of microfiber towels

if you stick to optimum products, then you can skip the IPA wipe down. this will reduce the chance of inflicting scratches on the paint.
