If it's the mazza I know (can't see plates) it was actually sold for 189k :) And the owner is just as crazy and passionate about the automotive scene as any of us.

It wanted to steal the show... But quickly realized it was no contest between it and the 86...

I'm not sure on the price, I just got the new price off redbook $364k. But damn, 189k, that's a huge drop
the LUXURY CAR TAX *alone* for that amount is $92k!! (Even for $189, LCT is 39k)

The funniest part I reckon about the video is the 3 students walking by at the end, paying more attention to the 86 than the Maser.

The GT MC Stradale is 300k+ and has the gearbox from the 599GTO it's absolutely spine tingling when downshifting akin to a whip crack woosh!

If you ordered a Pegasus White(37J/SWP) you will NOT regret it. Colour really stands out at night.

Nice vid. It's funny, I was driving the other day and a white sports car pulled out onto the same street a couple of cars behind me. I was all "omgomg its an 86 woo!" but after a few double takes it was "Oh, it's just a Maserati." I had to laugh at myself.

LOL! I thought it was just me. But I've driven by 3 separate Maserati GTS owners and they've all double-taked. One guy who was around my age, like 25ish, even revved at me so he could "show" people his car had a V8... then the street got a little twisty and he went in my rear view hahaha... funny thing is I was just thinking about how similar the car looks and talking to my gf about it, when the dude magically shows up, exiting a grocery store same time as I do... we had a laugh about it. Dude had a bro-hawk, polo with popped collar and aviators on. Super cool dude right? ;)
