I ordered my Flossy shift knob about 2 1/2 months ago when they had the group buy. It came in I got my car, tried to install but they accident got my order switched with a manual. Emailed them the problem, they said they would pay the shipping and send me the right one. I figured the turn around would be a bit since it takes awhile to custom engrave each one. Well, 2 emails later with no replies got me upset >:( anyone friends with them or local? I already shipped it to them and got confirmation it was recieve that was about a month ago..

They take write a long time, but they will get it to you...just call and make sure everything us going smoothly.same thing happened to me
