a bit worried

hey, so i bought my frs a couple months ago, 2900km vin is 30xx.
I got the passenger tailight condensation( getting changed on monday ) , and my engine chirps like A Mffffker.... even on 94 octane here in quebec.
I never had a idle issue or a cel, but is this something i should be worried about happening????
I ordered the greddy evo 3 exhaust here on the forum, and im affraid installing performance parts before lets say this famous cel comes mite screw me over???

^Try shell 91 octane. Not sure about QC, but in Ontario it's generally ethanol-free, unlike some 94 octane from Petrocanada etc.

Irrelevant question, seeing that you're in US. Shell premium is ethanol-free for sure only north of the border. Down here it _could_ just as easily have 10% ethanol. I'm yet to see 93 octane Shell in Canada.

Everyone says the chirp is a part of the car, dealers and techs tell me its the dual injection ports just doing their thang

I put ethanol free premium in my car for a few tanks, didn't notice any changes from just the regular Premium I get at Chevron which still meets all the requirements in the manual in terms of octane and ethanol %.
