Captain Insano's WRB BRZ

Been looking for one. Picked up a WRB BRZ Premium on Monday 9/10/2012...

It has the AT with sequential paddle shifting option so my wife can drive in a pinch. I'm definitely loving this car so far. Wondering if I will get snow tires in a couple months for winter driving or not...

Plan of attack for the car:

Here are some pics provided from dealership (this was a demo car):

Thanks Andrew. I had some chats with Racecomp way back when I owned STi cars and was modding them. Great customer service every time!!

OK, I was thinking about the STi springs for this, but decided to do Eibach as they seem to have done alot of testing and drop the car just a bit more than the STi springs, are cheaper, and have gotten good reviews so far from what I've read.

I just ordered some Eibach Pro-kit springs (probably will only track this car once in a while) and the GReddy magnetic drain plug as there were good deals going this weekend. Probably will drive this in the winter at stock height just to make sure I have enough clearance in the winter and to see if there are any clearance issues.

In addition, I will probably get some good summer wheels/tires in the spring. Want bargain wheels that don't break the bank, look decent, and are as very light weight as possible. The magic silver bullet wheels right? LOL, still researching that. List of possible wheels is Work Emotion CR Ultimate 18x8.5 f & 18x9.5 r, Enkei RPF1 17x9, Enkei NT03 17x8, Kosei K4R 17x8, OZ Alleggerita 17x8 (probably too pricey for me).... I am inspired by RallySport Direct car running Work Emotion CR Ultimate 18x8.5 in front and 18x9.5 rear with Bridgestone RE-11 tires 235/40/18 front and 245/40/18 rear... Feedback welcome on good performance wheel/tire combos with decent looking stance.

LOL... Yeah, most people don't realize what my forum name means so that's cool you were familiar with that character/scene... ;)

And thanks on the compliments. :thanks:

Oh by the way, I did notice when I took car to dealership to get the rear trunk clicking TSB and the GPS TSB looked at that my car appears to be pretty early production. Earlier than I thought when I bought it in September.

Apparently the mfg date on inside door decal is 3/2012. And VIN is *00336. I think this might have been the 336th USDM BRZ produced if I'm understanding the VIN right.
