So they are cast after all, sigh...
Might buy some OZ Superturismo's then...

chanomatik 09-13-2012 04:59 PM

OZ Superturismo's are heavy.

OZ Superturismo GT 18x8 +35 - 24.7lbs

These are essentially what the BRZ STI Concept wheels are, just repainted and with an STI center cap (and 19", I believe, which is available and heavier).

Here's the STi 18s in black. Not that you can tell how they look relative to anything but they'll go on soon!

With the yen/dollar conversion about 405$ from japanparts. I think the 17 inch was 370$

blue_frs 09-04-2013 11:58 PM

Each or as a set...if it is a set I'll order right now.

Yes its each...

If you want the same look, same weight, but for less money, there is always this option:

http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/pro...oducts_id=6367

I was going to go that route but the class I'm going to auto-x in won't allow larger wheels.

ASGA Spirits. 18x8 +40. 20lbs. Just over $900 for the full set right now.

The ASGAs are the most similar. Here's a thread that has pics of them on a car. You can see with the STi center caps there's no difference

But it is missing this lol

And here's a pic of the back that shows the size and Enkei branding
