Best roads in USA for FRS
Tail of the Dragon in NC moutains (http://www.tailofthedragon.com/) got 318 curves in 11 miles. When I get my CEL FRS out of shop, I`ll be making this road trip. DRIVE LARGE

I'd love to get the chance to drive my FR-S on Highway 24 between Colorado Springs through Woodland Park, it's a pretty fun, windy mountainous road. I used to drive through there at some ridiculous speeds in my younger, dumber (but funner :)) days..

I concur!!! That area is full of great roads!

If you are in the East check out Skyline Drive - part of the Blue Ridge National Parkway: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Ridge_Parkway http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyline_Drive :burnrubber:Well worth the time to drive. |
Hands down:
Jefferson City, Missouri to Doniphan, Missouri Via Hwy 63 to Hwy 68 to Hwy 19 to Hwy 160 Uber twisty, 55 mph speed limit (still very fast), elevation changes of 150-300 feet, 2 lanes, minimal traffic, some turns are recommended for 20 mph, and the route goes through Mark Twain National Forest (a dense, pine forest). If you're within a few hours, you must drive this route! |
Hwy 94. From St Charles, MO to Washington, MO. Not all that long you can drive it in an hour. It runs along the Katy Trail. there is a small town called Defiance with a couple of great bars with live music right in the middle. And you go through wine country with several very large and nice wineries. Then near Washington it's all farm land. Lots of twists, elevation, scenery, throughout 55mph most of the way!
Near the wineries you are on some really impressive cliffs that over look the Missouri river valley. The rolling limestone hills of middle Missouri are a reason I bought this car. Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2 |
NONE in Florida :D

The twisted sisters here in the hill country fm 335,336 and 337! They're an absolute joy to drive!
