How much?

PrinzJ 09-12-2012 02:31 PM

yeah how much? and where can i order?

I PM'd earlier and haven't gotten a response back yet on price. I installed some on my 02 WRX recently and they were around $99. (Not purchased from OP). If they're coming from overseas, I'll bet another $40-$50 above that. One thing I've noticed is that these only have one bolt hole on each bracket (as did my WRX) and the gas tubes have a lot of pressure and my brackets kept twisting when closing the hood. You may have to drill another anchoring hole in the bracket (and car) to really hold them firmly in place and keep them from moving.

Alright so I'm going to go ahead and report this thread for being posted in the wrong section.

Also Gimmick Motorsports sells these for $80 and theirs look to be better quality.

These are the same exact dampers as the Gimmick which go for about $80 shipped. I have them on my car.

Yeah, especially considering you can make your own for about $25-35 at the local hardware store...
