Wheel Directory: WedsSport TC105N 17x9.0 +35

Finally found some wheels I liked for my car. I like my cars pretty low but also wanted to go with a 'square' wheel/tire setup as I am getting ready for a track day. Also been wanting to try out the Hankook RS3 tires, have been using Falken RT615k's previously.

Alignment is 1/16" total toe out in front, 0 toe in rear and 2.8 degrees of camber all around. Suspension is BC Racing type BR coilovers.

Here's what I ended up with, I took alot of pics with different angles to help people get an idea of the fitment.

F1point4 09-11-2012 07:45 PM

Very nice

D1cker 09-11-2012 07:47 PM

How's the rubbing and how much camber are you running? My wheels are the same specs (rpf1) and I don't see 255's fitting too well without rubbing.

EDIT: Nevermind saw the camber. Can you measure your height f/r from hub to fender and let us know about the rubbing??

Thanks!

RiskyTrousers 09-11-2012 07:49 PM

Looks great!

Thats what I wanted to go with but was worried about rubbing. Are you experiencing any rubbing issues? Full lock?

TouchMyHonda 09-11-2012 08:57 PM

This is the exact wheel setup that I would want to run. So fucking jealous.

Turbowned 09-11-2012 09:21 PM

Damn, you're making me think twice about getting a Firestorm FR-S!

Must...get...BRZ...internal...struggle...

The wheels/tires/drop look excellent, man! Jesus H 255 width? That's a lotta meat, lol

Nothing at full lock unless going up an embankment or hitting a big but at slow speed with the wheel turned. I rolled the front fenders so the inner liners don't catch the 'lip' that was there so they are really all that is contacting. Didn't roll the rear, and it is DAMN close but doesn't rub, just had to trim the corner of the rear bumper by the little push clip thingy.

I also made sure to have a full tank and I took a friend out for a ride (he's 200+lbs like me) and we did some 'maneuvering' to make sure it was good.

Thanks!

I measured fender to ground (level) at the center of the wheel and it's right around 24-3/4" all around.

pinoy_dorifto 09-11-2012 10:09 PM

Wow! another answered question! I was wondering if a 17x9+35 w/ 245/40r17 and 1" drop would fit, this preety much said hell yeah it will fit!

colHolm 09-11-2012 10:44 PM

That looks perfect.

I'll be ordering my set this winter. I'll probably go with 245/40R17s though.

Well done!

JoeBoxer 09-11-2012 10:52 PM

Damn thats a lot of tire, not exactly my style but looks good!

TemeCal 09-11-2012 11:01 PM

Good soda preference!

TRD_86 09-11-2012 11:41 PM

How much did you lower the car?

twincamRob 09-14-2012 01:15 PM

Thanks! I didn't change the ride height from where it was with the stock wheels, got lucky lol. Here's what it looked like with the stockies...

TRD_86 09-14-2012 02:06 PM

I have eibach sportlines 1.4" drop. Do you think I can go with 4 18x9 wheels, 235x35xR18 Front, 255x35xR18 Rear ?

Jdogg180 09-14-2012 05:32 PM

^ 235/40R18 front will be closer to the same height as the 255/35's

renzo1982 09-18-2012 03:31 AM

Weds TC105N, 17x9, 35 offset

Some crappy pics I took with my phone. Weds TC105N, 17 x 9, 35 offset, 245/40/17 Hankook RS3, no rolling, no cutting, fits perfectly. Suspension is JRZ RS 2 way.
