Black FR-S is coming soon!

just got a call from one of my friend (director from a scion dealer) and he pushed very hard to get my car asap.

car is actually at Vancouver on the boat and awaiting to be shipped in Quebec, Canada by train.

should arrive mid-october.

im very happy since i was thinking receiving it late november or mid-december.

once the car will be there, i would put some pictures.

but i got a little question for you all members.. should i tint the windows or keep clear? my guess is to put the back window very dark (5-10% lights in) and side windows at 55-60% dark.

since the back window is not huge, will i lost a good view during day and night ?

and of course, what kind of wheels and brand tire you guys prefer for a Black car? dark grey? silver? black? other colors? ill need advise!

You should do everything you can to help the rear view on this car. Tinting is fine, but going 5% will kill your visibility at night. Just go with 35% all around and you're good, the inside of the car is all black anyway and even a mild tint still looks good because of that.

so 35% darker or light coming in? cause in Quebec, law said 70% of light is only allowed but i was thinking going at 60%.. and for the back i wasnt sure of the rear view. ill see once the car arrives

i agree, my rear window is super dark, and at night i have a bit of a hard time seeing through it at night, i shouldve gone a little lighter on the rear window for better visibility (probably 35%)
