Looks like we just did "meh" in C-Stock...

I thought the one FR-S did well in CS given how long the car has been out. Some of the MX-5 MSR drivers they were close to are very experienced and apart from the very top drivers ran very competitive times.

The top guys in CS have been driving those cars for years now...

And those MS-Rs and Z0Ks are on their way out of CS at the end of the year, if the proposal sticks.

Coupled with another year of development on the twins platform, I guarantee you that there will be one of us in the trophies next year.

For some reason the CS results seemed to have disappeared but the top FR-S was in a trophy spot after the first day and only missed out by a couple hundredths. Also the top BRZ in RTR was faster than all of the other CS cars although that's a poor comparison.

I'm not sure the current proposal is going to stick especially since the 370Z driver was so close and I believe he ran the fastest time on Day 2? But I don't see the 370Z being that popular of a car to run due to the cost of it. I do expect to see a number of BRZ/FR-S in CS next year regardless if they get moved out of the class.

i was one of those idiots in the CS FR-S. :-(

we originally were going to drive another car at Nationals but that car died
right before we were to leave for Lincoln so we loaded my FR-S on the trailer
and headed out.

we were fighting massive understeer the first day and after some adjustments
were made we had too much oversteer for day 2. i'm still not sure why the car
handles so different in Lincoln than on the local concrete but i've got all winter
to figure it out.

my raw times were not too far behind where i thought they would be so i'm not
too disappointed in the car's performance.

i can't wait for shocks and sway bars to be available.

It was great to be out there and meet some of you other guys. :)

I know we would have done better had I (Jeremy) not coned my last run on day 1. So frustrating. Competition was great in this class. We'll be running ours in what ever ST class it gets dropped in for 2013.

I really hope they keep the RT classes in 2013, I see no reason not to as there was plenty of competitors in all the RT classes.

Congratulations to Brooke who took home a 1st place Trophy in our FR-S from RTRL.
