The Wait Begins
 

Well I ordered my car today, and even though I already have one, the wait is already killing me.

Anyone know what the average delivery time is from signing papers to delivery right now?

if shipping from Japan, 4~8 weeks

Congrats. Watch out for WalMarts, Schools, Sweeping turns, and road-going animals.

If you are in Australia and you ordered a manual GTS, you will have to wait 18 - 24 mths ..... That's a long wait.....

I am in Utah and it is coming from Japan. This is my second FRS. I have had the other for just over a month now.

I'm not saying you don't need two, but what are you planning to do with two?

Giving me one ;) lol jk

Also, why not it's cousin (BRZ) if buying another one?

drive the first one on his "slightly" depressed days,
and drive the second one on his "very" depressed days!

I wish I could get two, I would make one my DD...the one I customize and mod.

My second one would be bone stock, all the way down to the rims and Scion badges, and I'll only use it once in a while.

But I'm curious as well why you didn't get the BRZ? As much as I'm a Toyota loyalist, I'd rather have 1 each than two FR-S's.

I'm glad to see toyota gave you a new car for the issue you had. It took exactly 6 weeks for my car to come from placing the order.
