i was so tempted to get the black, but then i thought that it would just look like i had nothing there opposed to a stealthy attempt, so i stock with the brushed.

Sounds awesome!

Wonder if you could get a recording with some load on the engine. Not easy, I know.

Working on it, I've got some dyno time lined up, plan on doing it then.

Perrin, is there a way to add a resonator when the rest of the kit comes out wihtout paying for a whole new cbe?

You will be able to purchase a new mid pipe if you change your mind later on.

Will the front and over be 1 piece or 2?

PERRIN_Chris 09-10-2012 03:24 PM

The front and over pipe will be two separate parts.

Tomorrow I MAY be heading to @Kaizen Tuning for a dyno run and tune. I will get more sound recordings then of both interior and exterior recordings.

Perrin is also graciously sending me a NON-RESONATED mid-pipe for recording purposes! I will have comparison recordings in a few weeks!

That's sound like a fun install!

I'm curious after looking at the bend on the pipe right before the muffler. Comparing to the stock. The stock is more curvy which is better right for power? The Perrin is quite sharp. It's shorter compare to stock as it goes to the middle instead of the side to connect to muffler. But I would think the sharp turn can't be good?

I've ridden/driven in Sony's car. You don't hear it unless you're really really getting on it. It's TOO quiet IMO.
