Satellite Radio Presets Erased
 

Is anyone else, also having problem with the satellite radio presets being erased? It happened to me for the second time in the past week.

You pushed sat too many times, just cycle through until you are back to the one you want.

there's 3 sat pages, changes page each time you press sat button while in that mode i think. i thought the same for the first few days until i noticed the sat1, sat2, sat3 or whatever it was that changes.

On a different note...how does one set a station on a SAT channel?

How many stations are there on the sat? I don't seem to have many when scanning

If you mean setting a channel as a preset, just press and hold for a couple of seconds on one of the preset slots (1-6). You'll hear a beep when the channel is in memory.

I didn't either. Although there's only 5 or 6 stations I listen to anyways :) Does the car indicate which page you are on?

It has 3 pages??? Now I feel like an idiot, I thought the unit was fighting against me. I had to reprogram my sat stations since I just got a new unit, but this will come in handy now that I can program more than 6 stations!

Checked on the way home, upper left says XM1, XM2 and XM3 :P

didnt notice this till i read it here! i just signed up for 6 months of xm @ 4.99 a month. put the ~10 stations i might listen to as presets now

Similar for FM, but I think AM only has 1 page.
