Greddy Intake?

Is anyone actually running the Greddy intake? If so what are your impressions so far?

My bad. I thought they had been released.

They are not out yet. aFe will launch theirs first here in a couple weeks with Greddy following since it is just a re-branded aFe.

When I saw the filter that they posted I was surprised by how little surface area is looks to have .. we'll see what they do though .. I thought it was already released though :X

Good to know. I'd def rather they took their time with the development rather than have the issues some other brands have had.

I spoke to aFe before the weekend. I was told it will be another 4-6 weeks as it's still in development. I've decided just to go with a hi-flow filter until I boost my BRZ

Well maybe that means they're trying to get it right before they release it unlike some other intake companies.

I agree. I don't appreciate when companies rush one out just to make more sales while sacrificing quality and performance. Look at all the problems people are having on their intakes that couldn't wait.

Greddy Intake System will be available this month and through some vendors, available this week. PM for details!

A couple vendors said that their shipment of aFe's are on their way right now.

You guys are blowing this intake "problem" thing out of proportion. We've sold hundreds of intakes for the FRS/BRZ, we have had two returns since the car came out, one from a guy who didnt even put it on.

There are many more happy intake owners then guys with problems, something like 50-1. And I am still convinced its not just the intake...

Fair enough. It may well just be a loud minority who are experiencing the problem. And to be fair the companies involved seem to be taking things very seriously and actively looking for a solution.

There is an awful lot of developer/manufacturer bashing on this forum. Hopefully it doesn't scare them away. The sheer number of developers showing their design process on here was a big factor in me joining the forum.
