I think there should be a rules post, however. What kind of image is too big, are links to external sites allowed, etc.

Problem is, however, that the permissions are referring to the upload feature of the signature editor. If you notice, "allow image BB code" is allowed, letting you reference an external animated GIF. So, this is something the mods should clarify in a rules posting.

Yes there are animated Gifs in sigs active now.

No animated signatures please. We try to keep threads as easy to read and navigate as possible. Having huge or animated signatures really takes away from that. Thanks :)
