Existing customer chucked the shits about the spare wheel change. Has known about it for ages but now wants out.

What's the proposed build month ? When was the order initially booked ?

The stupid thing here is that this car is being offered up for anyone when there is a months long wait list at his very own dealership.

I test drove at this dealership and decided not to order because the salesperson knew nothing about the car.

My decision just earned even more justification.

As for the spare tyre thing, I think cancelling an order for a broken promise is 100% justified. Good on him/her.
