So I cant get the bluetooth to stream right, there are lost of sound drop outs

bluetooth music from my samsung galaxy s 2 SUCKS bad -- I stopped using it after the first day. I just keep an ipod crammed into the center console now and its plugged in 24/7.

In my experience you are correct about ICS. It works fine for phone calls but A2DP streaming is broken. It works about 10% of the time on the 3 or 4 ICS ROMs I've tried, as soon as I went back to Gingerbread its worked 100% of the time. No Meta info is displayed though ...

I'm not sure that is the same case for me. I have the HTC One X and bluetooth streaming on phone and music works pretty well for me

Sammy S3 works fine. There are some random bluetooth connection issues. But there is usually resolved by restarting bluetooth.

Sound quality not bad
