anyone know of a great performance shop that is trustworthy and wont rape my wallet to bad that's in the San Diego or North County area?

The only 'performance shop' I know of in the North County area is Sportcar Motion, and I've heard VERY mixed reviews about them.

what're planning on doing to the 86?

first is gonna be basic stuff that i dont have access to tools or a lift to do. i just wanted to look into it... see how much rape on the wallet it is and if i can afford it.

i have a slanted driveway and a pool table in the garage... which reminds me... know anyone who wants a pool table in the SD area... its free just come get it.

If you need a good mechanic to install things, then Infinite Motion in San Marcos should be able to do the trick. They are a bit more expensive than your average mechanic, but they do good work. They aren't strictly a 'performance shop', however.

I've been going to Infinite Motion in San Marcos for nearly 20 years. They are honest and do good work. Their son Gavin has a nicely mod'd S2000 and is into performance stuff.
