Raven FR-S, Ferrari 360, 997 Turbo, VW GTI

Sorry for my lack of better pics, with the exception of the FR-S, these weren't correction details so I didn't go crazy with the camera.

This Raven FR-S was in probably the worst shape of all the 86s I've done to date. Dealer-abused in a bad way, it already had damage you'd expect to find on a 3-4 year old car...deeper swirls, RIDS and some nasty hard water etching. This one got a two-step correction with Meguiars M105/D300 on Microfiber cutting pads followed with HD Polish on a green B&S pad, then OptiGuard to protect it.

This Ferrari 360 was covered in a matte grey vinyl wrap, so obviously no polishing or waxing was done on it. Most of the work was interior and engine bay.

Wheels needed some work

Leather was dirty and stained from recent engine work

Porsche 997 Turbo just had the wheels recently blasted and the lips powdercoated so OptiGuard was used to protect them. The car was washed and clayed, and a coat of Wolfgangs Deep Gloss Paint Sealant was added.

This GTI had some sanding scratches on the hood from purchase, either from the factory or the dealership. The hood was spot compounded with Scholls S3 Gold on an Optimum MF cutting pad then polished with HD polish on a Crimson HT pad. The rest of the car was in good condition so the paint was touched up with AutoFinesse Tripple on a green pad and protected with AutoFinesse Tough Coat. Garry Dean's Tuned Performance Tire Gel was used on the tires...great stuff!

Someone doesn't drive their Ferrari enough! I'd be happy to help shine up those rotors sometime. ;)

He actually drives it quite a bit. Those pics are after the wash, the blower didn't dry the rotors all that well. He didn't want to move the car again, but it all would have come off after the first stop anyway. :w00t:
