Not trying to stir the pot, but can't you get those for around $1,000-1,100 from Tire Rack new? $1,000 seems a bit high. Either way, best of luck selling them.

Do you have a link, and why post that if its not to stir the pot? What else does that do? This is still cheaper than new, and they are basically new still anyway. Thanks.

I realize you're trying to help your friend. I'm just trying to help others here. If it were me, I wouldn't pay $1,000 for a used set of wheels when I can get them for $40 more new. So, I think it's only fair that I say something. You can do a quick google search. Many places have this wheel for about $260/wheel...like here:

18x8 RPF1 5x100

I'm not trying to be a jerk, just saying that $1,000 isn't that great of a "deal".

Tanuki 08-31-2012 05:40 PM

Thanks. Like you said, not my price, his, and he is flexible, so if someone wants to call and negotiate a "Fair" deal, they can call him.

Only $266 each new at tire rack with free shipping, yes I checked ... So you would be saving $64 in total for some used wheels.

Get these down around $500-600 and I might consider driving out to Utah from CA. :-D
