Improving camber on stock suspension

I'm doing 50/50 autocross/track on a daily driver. I want to improve front camber so my tire shoulders don't get eaten up and to get less understeer.

I'm on stock suspension, and this is a daily driver through the winter for skiing. I'm never going to be interested in lowering this car, I shovel a lot in the winter already. (It's a good trade off, I get to drive a sports car on twisty mountain roads all winter! On squishy 16" winter tires)

I'm thinking -2 or -2.5 degrees and 0 toe on the front. It looks like I can get there either by eccentric upper/lower bolts, or by the Pedders top hats and less bolts. Which is the better way to go? Do 245s clear the strut with eccentric bolts?

I see plenty of cheap eccentric bolts on Amazon, and then the Whiteline bolts at 3x the price. Any opinions there?

Pedders plus top hole camber bolt is probably the best bet. Although I did run camber bolts top and bottom I wouldn't recommend it much - very fiddly to adjust and setup, and you quickly run into clearance issues with the spring perch on stock struts.

Also consider adjustable top hats. Pedders have really gone in price in recent years (remember they' typically priced for one, so double the listed price).

What wheel specs (width and offset)? Spacers? Stock struts? Most likely not. I was having clearance issues on stock wheels and stock struts at -2 from camber bolts alone.
17x9 +35 should probably work. +45 probably won't or will need spacers.

I'd get SPC - most every aftermarket manufacturer just resells SPC bolts.

I ran -2.75* front camber with Pedders top mounts and double camber bolts on Koni Yellows and TRD springs.
My alignment guru stated -3.50* was possible but too extreme for my 99% commuter situation.

I went with Pedders top hats and SPC bolts. Pedders are still cheapest, and I'm not keen on the idea of aluminum top hats on a winter daily driver.

I'm still on stock 17x7 wheels and 215/45 tire size, I'm just looking ahead to the next set of tires and maybe wheels. Thanks for the info.
