2017 GT86 Rear Speakers
 

Hello,

Does anyone know the impedance (ohm) of the rear 3.5" stock speakers (part of 6 speakers, not the JBL 8 speakers) ? 2018 GT86

I read various responses. Some say 2 ohm, some say 4 ohm. I even found 1 response saying 6 ohm.
I replaced the front door 6.5" speakers and tweeters with Focal IS 165 TOY, they are 4 ohm. I don't know the resistance of the stock ones.

Are you looking to match impedance with a set of replacement speakers?

It would probably say on the back of the speaker, but probably not easy to get there. I assume you have to remove the whole side plastics and cant just remove the speaker itself?

Maybe look for a set for sale on Craigslist/eBay/Marketplace and see if any have a picture of the back? Hope this helps
