Looking for shop to fix engine/ECU related P0018 code
 

Hey guys, been years since i’ve logged on here. My car has been sitting for awhile with an engine issue. P0018. I’ve done all the sensor swaps/replacement and engine cleaners etc. with zero change. Threw a turbo on @6,000 miles and it’s up to 70k now on the stock engine. On transmission #3 and diff #2 but the car won’t even run without reflashing the current tune and exhaust pops bad under load so I stopped driving it.

Looking for a shop in Southern California that is familiar with what it takes to solve this particular issue the right way whether it’s phasers, timing chain, ECU or all the above. Not interested in just throwing parts at it. I typically do all my own work but I don’t have the time or space to fix this one in my shop (too dirty for engine work). Any help would be very appreciated and i’m looking to get rid of the car once it’s repaired.
