Looking for mechanic near me Vaughan/Maple for TOB

The TOB noise started last fall but seemed to be virtually gone in the spring when I started up.
Over the past few days it got really noisy and I have stalled on startup a few times. It definitely needs repairing.
Also, I drive this car very little and the tune has slowly gone out of whack over time. I'm getting a CEL with the ECU reading fuel too rich bank 1. It used to come on occasionally, but over time it's gotten worse and wiping the error code doesn't help much and it returns quickly. Im getting some backfiring. I need to get the guy who originally tuned the vehicle to update it.

So, the car is a bit dodgy to drive and the TOB needs to be fixed in order to do a road tune. I dont want an expensive tow, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a capable and reasonable shop within a fairly short distance from the Rutherford/Dufferin area that I can go to for the TOB replacement.

Thanks in advance.
Plan B would be iGarage in Markham who installed the supercharger 10+ years ago but Im concerned attempting to drive this car that distance.

I can’t name a local shop but really the TOB replacement is a no-brainer.
Any tranny shop could do the job lickety-split.
I did mine in a couple hours on the driveway with buddy help.
As far as your tune is concerned, it’s likely unchanged. Look for vacuum leaks and ensure your Mass air sensor and throttle body are clean. A bad plug perhaps?
Good Luck!
