Is extended warranty worth it???
 

Picking up my FRS today but is the extended waranty worth buying?
1200 for 75k miles no deductible

If you get the extended warranty when you are at 40,000 miles and know you will keep the car past 50k then yes. If you want it now not knowing if you will have the car for the full warranty period then no.

I got the 75k just like you, its the piece of mind with a first year car that sold me.

i did not get it. why? because by the time the original warranty expires, ill be wrenching on my car with mods. and usually they may void the warranty and give you a hassle, or what not.

ive got 36k to figure it out. I can still get one before i reach that.

This. Just wait to buy it after about 3 years when you know for sure you will keep the car 5+ years. I always get extended warranty offers on all my cars years after buying them. There is no pressure to buy it immediately.

Who wants more warranty time when so many turbo kits are coming out.

I got one, just because it is a first year production. I don't think I will have the money to do any major mods on this car anyway. All I want is an intake and exhaust to give it a better sound and I don't think that should void the warranty.

I got it, but only because I got the dealer to add it in for free. Both my parents and my younger sister had gotten their cars from the same dealership and my dad did the marble work in the managers house, lol.

They are refundable if not used....prorated but still refundable
