Need Help with Remote Programming

I want to see if anyone can help me to re-program the ECU remotely to make it back to Stock ? Trying to pass smog in California and it showing software is modified. Car is 2016 Scion FR-S

I replied because I have to do the same thing but in colorado. I have a 13 FRS with catless header/midpipe DT Flex fuel (non canbus). and have to revert all of that, flash a stock tune, revert to stock. then I can pass emissions. also a neat feature of returning to stock is I LOSE my ecutek license and have to buy a new one apparently. at this point I wonder if its easier to buy an ecu get it right and just switch ECUs with the other hardware every year.
