Android auto connection
 

I have tried three times to set up AA on my 2025 BRZ, with no success. I plugged the cord into the port in the "console", but no response from the car. The latest version of AA is on my Galaxy S23. Is there any simple thing I'm missing?

Running AA or Carplay in my car has always been a bit iffy.

Some days it take multiple attempts of connecting and re-connecting to get it to work. Other's it attaches immediately. This issue has spanned multiple cables and is an issue with both my Pixel 7 and the wife's iPhone.

I changed the cord and, magically, it worked. Beats me why, as the same cord works in my WRX. Go figure.

I actually just switched to the AAWireless TWO adapter and it's been flawless.

Good to know, I've wanted to mess with Android auto buy I've been to lazy to mess with it.
