As the title suggests, Essex Parts Services is seeking an experienced Sales Hunter. You'll be able to participate on this forum as much as you want and get paid to do it! :D Your goal will be to find new retail customers for the brands we distribute via prospecting inbound emails, voicemails, chats, private messages on automotive forums and social media, contact form submissions, and mining leads in our HubSpot CRM system. You should be able to quickly develop rapport with potential clients, understand their needs and how they use their vehicle, and help them towards the next step of the buyer journey.

Required Skills and Personality

• Personable, approachable, and love talking with automotive enthusiasts about their cars
• Innate desire to generate new business with a constant drive to grow our sales pipeline
• Confident, self-motivated, persistent, and incessantly reaching out to the next prospect on your list
• Extremely strong persuasive writing skills and zero fear of the phone
• Comfortable on video chat or standing in front of someone at a racetrack or event
• Ability to juggle, document, and maintain constant contact with a large number of prospects
• Previous experience with contact management systems. HubSpot expertise is a huge plus.
• Technologically savvy in finding leads in new places, creating automations, and using technology to stay organized and persistent
• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle year/make/models, and familiarity with auto racing strongly preferred
