Can’t get evap or oxygen systems ready

I have been trying for the past 3 months to get my evap and mostly my oxygen system tests to ready for emissions. I have done the driving procedure many many times throughout the past few months, replaced battery, downstream o2, upstream o2 voltage and resistance is within spec. Honestly just lost at this point, grounds are good, voltage is good, no CEL’s.

I passed last year with the exact same tune and exhaust. Evap system wasn’t ready but I’m allowed one system to be incomplete. I am about to order another upstream o2 sensor because that’s the last possible thing I can think of even though it looks like it works fine to me according to the data. I am fully catless, tuned by dbtuned stage 2, but like I said I passed last year with the same exact setup.

If anyone has any ideas I would love them very much

Put stock exhaust in, revert to stock tune, drive around, take test, remod car. Last step is technically illegal, but I'm sure you knew that. Just answering the question.

The software they are using may be updated to check for disabled codes in the tune file. They might also just smell the fumes. Trying to pass an emissions test by altering the software is also illegal iirc, just as a disclaimer.

Bubba says to go to a different emissions testing station.

i think i might end up having to just do that, i just installed a new upstream o2 sensor, hopefully that fixes it but i really have my doubts

I would do that, but as far as i know without one of those systems passing, they won't pass me no matter who i go to because you're only allowed one system not ready

For anyone wondering, I figured it out. Drive the car a sh** ton and it should pass-at least I got the oxygen sensors ready. If it's passed before, it should (assuming sensors didn't fail) and will pass again. Did a road trip and drove ~75mph on cruise control for 1.5 hours before checking obd readiness and sure enough, they were ready.

The night before I swapped headers and tune to stock and then got emissions done, swapped back to catless with usual tune and it still passed while being tuned and fully catless after a road trip. Evap isn't ready but that's because a lot of tuners with ecutek have evap pressure input disabled for flexfuel reasons, which won't allow evap to ready. I don't mean to talk your ears off but I might as well. In summary, if sensor resistances check out, battery is good, with nothing else indicating a potential problem, go drive the car at highway speeds for an hour or more and it should ready.
