Driver side Window Switch Panel Wont Turn Off

4 Attachment(s)
When installing Driver and Passenger Window Switch Panels with swapped White LED's from Automotive Custom Lighting , I came across an issue. The Driver Side Panel lights do not turn off at all. The lights remain on when the car is locked, when DRL Lights are off, and when the ignition is not turned on.

Yet the Passenger Panel works completely as expected, the lights turn off when the car is locked and when the car has the ignition turned off.

I had checked all fuses, and they are all intact and functional.

The only way I can get the Driver Panel lights to turn off is to remove the fuse that powers it.

Please see attached photos. I had recorded a video explaining this issue as well:

If you put back the stock panel does it show the same behavior? If so, I suspect a pinched wire in the wiring harness shorting out something. If not, the problem is with the aftermarket panel/LEDs/swapping-work.

I had confirmed that the stock panel does NOT follow this behavior. The stock one works as expected and in unison with the Stock Passenger side; they remain off unless the Ignition is turned to the ‘On’ position.

Must be a sloppy soldering job done by the guys who swapped the LED’s. I will be shipping the broken panel back out to them to have their guys take a look.
