A very well written article. The winner isn't a surprise.

Note to self: Own a Porsche 911 sometime in your life.

Good read. Surprised the Porsche only had 0.4 deg of body roll!

274hp brz sti?

Good article and also not too surprised but was interesting to see the C63 number two, most car mags seem to hate on Mercedes performance cars.

Also interesting they mention a 274 HP turbo BRZ, but maybe that's an old rumor I haven't heard before.

I know that part caught my attention as well... They seem quite confident about it based on that statement. I guess the we play the waiting game. My only hope is that it is a 2015 model, so I don't have to be filled with quite so much regret for early adoption.

As far as the test goes, I think the BRZ faired quite well in comparison to what they were testing. We beat the McLaren, that's impressive! I loooove that car :)

Well I'm going to see a guy whose garage includes the mclaren this weekend and ours holds the 911 s and a BRZ. Bragging rights?

From what MT and Randy Pobst have said about the BRZ handling made so much sense. Most of the best handling cars is underpowered.

I won't be that disappointed when the STI model comes out in reference to choosing the "base" model. Based on the price of the current Impreza STI to get a limited I would need to add another 7K to the cost of the limited BRZ.

I'm having a blast with my car, and I don't know if the cost for extra power would increase my level of fun by a significant margin.
