2013 FR-S with electrical issues, kicking codes

A little background:

2013 130k miles, engine was blown and rebuilt. Took the opportunity to install clips on the rockers that attach to th lifters, double measure the shims, basically sounds better than ever. However, during assembly the starter was installed incorrectly and it resulted in a blown fuse on the battery, it was a simple enough replacement. Since then though, the car has been on limp mode. We tried the refresh sequences and finally set up a computer that is kicking back 3 specific codes: P0365, P0366, U0122.

We checked the sensors for the exhaust cams, which were a little gunny but cleaned and replaced , codes persist. Checked all files across all boxes. I come to you all, counsel of '6, titans of twins,:respekt: to see what we're dealing with.

I'd either take it into a shop and ask them to "fix it" or .......sell the car.
