That reminds me, I saw a news report that in Ukraine a Russian-installed governor for the occupied region was reported to have been killed by car this week. No, it wasn't a car accident, or even a car bombing. The guy was hit and then run over repeatedly, 14 times. That's what they call "killed by car".

I wonder if the Ukrainian partisan felt any animosity toward this fellow?

13 times would have been pure unlucky...
