Built Engine question
 

Im trying to plan to build my car to be street legal with a built block and boost with most likely edelbrock. I plan on buying the carb kit and also the tuner to switch for when i have to get smogged.

I know IAG builds blocks but what are other options. i was told the IAG were hit and miss.
