Yet another...base dyno/UPDATE TUNED DYNO 10/16

Got my stock FR-S manual dyno'd today at Modern Automotive Performance. I have about 2700 miles on it currently, it has been running 93 since new. I am waiting on Johns email for my Ecutek tune and I have a Perrin crank pulley and AFE intake on order as well. I will update the gains with those mods in the next couple of weeks.

UPDATE: 10/16
Here is the final dyno as of today with Johns latest Ecutek flash, aFe intake, and Perrin pulley. It was around 60 degrees today. This was done at Fullblown and is not the same dyno location as my baseline, but both are Dynojet's. Not much more peak power, but the torque dip area has improved quite a bit, and is noticeable while driving as well. This was a 3rd and 4th gear pull. Car runs a tad lean from about 4500 to6k rpm's, but LJ said it was nothing to worry about. AFR's tapered to around 12.5 at redline. Overall he said there wasn't much he could improve on that would be super noticeable. Also have a zoomed in pic of the AFR readings.

We also had a local auto FRS that base lined right after me and pulled 150whp, 126wtq, and second pull was 155whp, and 132wtq.

Would love to see a follow-up dyno after the tune.

This is good numbers stock. I guess it is a big difference between dynos, but it seems like engine is loosening up quite a bit gradually up to 2-3000 miles. Have you felt the same?

Not sure to be honest. I kind of skipped the break in period. I was easy on the clutch for the first 1k miles, but it saw redline daily since day one. It still does :) Not sure if that has anything to do with it...

Subscribed for updates. I live about 2 miles from MAP, never been there though. What was the cost for the dyno?

Looks about right. Are you going to stay with 93 octane?

Update #2

Well, after a long wait, I finally received the aFe intake and Perrin crank pulley. I am also on John's 1.06 tune, which is the latest version. Now that everything is in, its going on the dyno within the next two weeks. I am getting married Friday, so I have to focus and that:party0030: So far liking the intake. Its different, but not sure how...Im going to give it another couple of drive cycles to get use to it. I have not reset the ECU yet.
