Transmission snout/retainer replacement.
 

Hi All,

104k miles total, 60k on the current stage 1 exedy clutch, 95% sure my throwout bearing is going bad from the horrible noise it started making 2 days ago.

I would rather not go the sleeve route as shown in this thread because I want to buy an upgraded bearing. (https://www.ft86club.com/forums/show...aring+retainer)

I'm trying to buy a new snout from Subaru. I can't tell from this page if I'm buying the right part(s) and which parts exactly I need! (32130B and BRSE01??)

I did the first R&R upgrading the fork and clutch and want to tackle this myself again. at 40k the snout already looked dinged pretty bad so I imagine at 100k it'll be real bad. So I am trying to find out everything I can about replacing the snout.

If someone has insight, I'd appreciate it! thank you!
