AEM Wideband 30-0300 Running Full Rich On WOT

Hello Guys

Having some teething issues with my AFR readings

Adrian @ Fensport is mapping my car and now that he is requesting full throttle logs we have realised the AEM Wideband has a big difference in readings between the oem AFR readings - I have attached the log

When driving the car normally the readings are good - Arround 14.7
As soon as you hit boost its almost instantly reads full rich AFR 8.05

I've tried the test where you take the sensor out and it reads full lean and then cover with a rag with brake cleaner and it reads 0.

Car Drives perfectly and he deffiantly doesn't think the cat is running 8 afr WOT - no Black smoke when under load

I've tried the free air calibration thing but it says fail.

I've also seen people unplug the Sensor from the back of the gauge and it normally defaults to 14.7 on the gauge but mine states full rich which is odd

Thanks for reading

is the wideband new and fresh installed ?
if yes i wouldn t think it is wrong, and he should probably rescale the front o2 sensor to it
( why do you have a wideband installed? are you FI?)

if it was working before, and now suddenly super rich, it is probably fouled then and no other way than to change it with a new sensor from Aem, those things have short life

but it s probably a dying wideband sensor anyway, my aem 30-300 started to do the same thing, with WOT suddenly at 9.5-10 and then jumping to 20 or leaner in a fraction of seconds

you can also only change the sensor without the whole controller
