Someone should tally up the major reviews on which choose FRS or BRZ.

I like it when so many reviewers can't really nail the difference between the two. They know it's suspension-related, but can't seem to nail exactly what about the handling is different. I've seen reviewers saying both cars are more tail happy, more understeering, 'softer', etc.

Agreed. Hard to say whether I'd prefer the handling characteristics of the 86/FR-S or BRZ, but it wouldn't matter because I'd swap out the springs and dampers so quick I'd never notice!

Thanks for sharing... And you betcha I'm happy they picked the FR-S. :happyanim:

Yet in all honesty, it's a wash between comparing both cars... I feel it mainly comes down to price, options, and availabilty for the real world buyers. At least it did for me, I feel.

This is exactly how I feel. I got the FRS because ascetically I liked the front bumper more, and the ~4k between the FR-S and BRZ Limited also influenced me greatly. The Leather/Alcantera seats, fog lights, keyless entry/start really didn't made enough of a difference to warrant the purchase for me. However I'd never suggest that one car is better than the other and I think its silly to do so, they're both great cars, with slight differences in comfort and style.

^ Right on... 100% with you! :party0030:

Same car, different extras. Any other suggestion is pointless.

For many, the choice boils down to wanting the extras, or preferring the nose design of one vs the other.
