Grinding noise when turning left and reversing

So I’m having it this issue with my 2013 FRS. When I drive my car and turn left it makes a grinding/rubbing noise. It does it turning left and in reverse. I’ve had a ton of work done to the car and cannot figure out what it is. The car only does it while I’m in gear also. If I put it in neutral while rolling and turn slightly left it won’t do it but when I put it in gear and turn slightly left it will. Here is a list of parts I’ve replaced and mods done to the car.

UEL headers with stock exhaust
Steering rack
Front wheel hubs
Motor mounts
Sway bar endlinks

Stock wheel setup?

Care to elaborate on where the noise is coming from? Left side, right side, front, rear?

You say a ton of work done to the car. Can you specify? Was work done to rectify the noise, or was work done for another reason and the noise is a result.

The noise seems to be coming from the front somewhere but it's hard to tell exactly where. Yes, it is the stock wheel set up and stock coils on it. The only modification I've done is the UEL headers. The wheel hubs and motor mounts were done to try to fix this noise. Just not much else i can think of that it could be other than possibly the header or over pipe rubbing the frame. Not sure if that could be an issue or not. Just trying to get the noise to stop so I can sell it. It does do it sometimes while idling i have noticed but it is most noticeable when reversing and turning left.

If you think it is the header, pull the engine skid off and see if the noise goes away. If the over pipe is running inspecting it should yield wear marks. It's really difficult to say what the noise could be. At first it was "turning left or reversing," now it is also sometimes at idle.
