Drove thru flood, engine making odd noises when accelerating

The garage where I park my car was getting flooded due to the heavy rain, so I had to take the car out. While I was taking it out the car, I drove thru a flooded area. Water was pretty high, but was able push thru it.

I checked the engine oil and it looks to be okay (not watery) and the air filter was dry so I don't think water got into the engine. However, there is a noise coming from the engine belts I think. It makes a weird sound when I press the accelerator.

It seems to drive okay, just makes that sound. Any idea what It could be?

Here is a video of the sound

Thanks

Sounds like one of the idler pulleys might be bad.
