Rear Fender Tab

Does anyone know the Toyota (or Subaru) part number for the rear right fender tab. Someone scrubbed my 86 in the parking lot, luckily no metal damage, just the tab and a bit of the bumper cover.

The aggro parts counter rep at my dealer says I have to order the whole fender. That can't be right...

Nevermind, finally found it's called a "garnish".
