Finally made my decision between gunmetal vs bronze. I chose Gunmetal 17x9 +45 wrapped by 245/40/17 Hankook R-S3.

Hey all, I'm in love with the RPF1 17x9 +35s, and I think that they're by far the best looking lightweight wheel available for a decent price. My only concern is the 13mm difference in offset between these and the stock wheels. Have y'all noticed any handling differences/degredation between these and the stock wheels? I know tires play a big factor, but I really want to make sure I don't accidentally introduce a lot of oversteer or wheel kick that could compromise the awesome handling of the car.
Bonus question, how is MPG on these? (Assuming, let's say 245s?) Would I be better off going with the 17x8s at +45? Thanks in advance! |
