Car is at a shop on mainland so I can't tell owner. But figured I'd ask here just incase.
If I get lucky maybe he can answer some needed questions.
Yeah there is no sandwich plate. IE the oil coolers is there for decoration at this point.

Yes that's oil on the pic of the back of the car.

Shop hasn't done anything to the car for the reasons above.

The vented/painted hood indicates someone did it right when it was first built. The faded front plastics indicate that was at least 4 years and 2 owners ago

Looks to be an SBD turbo kit with an intake filter that has fallen apart. SBD is a rep of the v1 GReddy turbo.

Yes.
My friend got it out of the shop that week.
They wouldn't touch it because the owner couldn't answer anything about the car.
