FS: Tomei EL headers and Overpipe
 

For sale are Tomei EL headers and overpipe. Original owner. Overpipe is coated with Cerakote C-7900 Glacier Titanium.

Going by the seat of the pants, I would say the overpipe added a couple of hp and lb-ft of torque. Not a huge difference but every little bit helps.



These will come with used Tomei gaskets (they are metal and in good shape), new Tomei hardware, and new Nord-lock M10 washers for all of the header and over pipe fasteners.


For installation, these are the torque values:


Header > engine: 22 lb-ft
Header > overpipe: 26 lb-ft
Overpipe > front pipe: 31 lb-ft
Front pipe > exhaust: 13 lb-ft
Front pipe > transmission: 37 lb-ft (tighten this last)


O2 sensors: 13 lb-ft if using O2 sensor socket; 16 lb-ft if not



To remove the old header and overpipe, loosen from the front pipe > exhaust connection first and move toward the front.


To torque down the new header and overpipe, tighten from the header > engine connection first and move toward the rear. Torque the front pipe > transmission last.
