Are OEM Fender Garnish from dealerships affordable?
 

I am needing to replace a fender garnish on a 2015 model as it it beyond repair. After some simple internet searching I see unpainted fender garnishes from Subaru dealerships for $70 to $80. Can someone look at the link below and help me understand what I am buying? Is the the entire garnish for this price, or do these come apart and this is only the aesthetic part?
