New engine start up
 

I was finally able to get my engine assembled however for whatever reason it won't turn over but it sounds like it wants to. The battery is a year old, fuel is primed, with old coil packs, and brand new dealer spark plugs. I'm going to eventually get a mechanic to come and and look at it but I was wondering if any of you had an idea by the sound of it or what I could test.

Too short of a video to know what's up. Post a video of it turning over for 5-10 seconds so we can hear what the timing sounds like.
Hold your foot down on the gas pedal when cranking, it won't send fuel and so it won't start

This is pretty much how it sounds now but this video here was before I discovered two port injections had destroyed o rings and was leaking fuel which have been replaced. The first video is what it sounded like after I replaced them so idk if this video helps.
