It is meant to be installed with the existing ones. Most people just buy a set of Grimmspeed gaskets.

Reusing old/used gaskets is not advisable.

Hence the second part of the sentence. It can, but won't last. Even if you buy brand new OEM. Gaskets from G.S have been reported to be better quality over time.
