Anyone put UEL headers on this car yet?

would be interesting...

Would be rice, but all the subie-bro's will love it.

I'm working on it. Should have the prototype on my car in a couple of weeks.

i love the rumble sound when i see an impreza driving by but honestly, i am not sure i would like it on a frs or even a brz but i would have to see.... i find the impreza looks like a beefy car and suits the sound well but the frs/brz looks like a little sport car that would not look good with such a sound

I think the uel sound is the exact opposite of rice. The sound it makes now is rice if anything. Bahhhhhh baahhhhh buuhhhhh

I do agree that it doesn't necessarily fit the form factor of the car however.

the car on that video sounds hideous! but UEL header (the ones in the wrx, sti etc) sounds amazing.
the BRZ/FRS lost all their character (sound wise) with the EL headers.
it sounds like any other 4 banger :barf:

I'm glad AVO turbo kit has UEL!

please shut up and stop using that word incorrectly, its not rice and far from it. Rice would be adding a spoiler to a FWD car.

How is adding a spoiler to a FWD rice? You think the rear wheels on a FWD dont need traction?

They do but most would benefit alot more from a front splitter of some sort.

Daily use never needs a spoiler for functional reasons. Track is entirely different story with both front and rear spoilers helping greatly.

A track like nurburgring needs a spoiler regardless of drive train

Nameless measured the OEM runners. There is a 30% difference in length. Not quite the difference of a WRX, but definitely not equal length.
