I am selling an OS Giken, machined, 24-tooth clutch alignment tool that has only been used once.

What's the benefit of this vs a normal one?
Just curious because I just got an os giken clutch kit and it didn't come with the alignment tool, so I was going to buy one from Amazon.

Since it's machined our of solid metal, the tolerance is much tighter and it is much better at keeping the clutch centered on the flywheel than the plastic tool that comes with an aftermarket clutch.

Wait, ever since I installed my new clutch & new pressure plate, it's sorta of making this grinding feeling at exactly 3-3.5k rpm

Is it because the shop i went just slap it on without align it?? !!! :confused0068:

I dunno about grinding, but I know the first clutch install I did without this tool resulted in vibration at about 2.8k to 3k. The second time I did it with this tool and no vibration.

That's what's puzzling me since I installed the new clutch!!

It would only vibrate there at around 2.8-3.3k rpm & it's really bad in 2nd & 3rd gear!!
